Dear Gisele,
"...It's great that you are organizing her wedding because thats a guarentee that everything is going to work out perfectly!..." - Lola Bernal, September 2007.

"Gisele, It was an immense pleasure to have met you in Oaxaca. The French journalists and myself got to see some marvelous places with you. We were all fascinated and hopefully we'll be able to come back soon. Thank you very much indeed!"
- Patrice Laure, Conseil de Promotion Touristique du Mexique, Paris, France.

On December 18th 2004, my wife and I got married in the beautiful city of Oaxaca, which may not seem unusual but the fact is we live in California! How lucky we were to find Gisele; she not only coordinated our planning when we weren’t able to be in Mexico, but she also gathered a remarkable team of decorators, musicians and artists to make our wedding an amazingly special event, even today our friends and family can’t stop talking about the wedding. We are very lucky to have found such a professional, creative and committed coordinator. Thank you so much Gisele! - Victor Zubeldia, March 2005.

Dear Gisele,
I am so very grateful for your wise and friendly guidance and your
flexibility in organizing the tour for the Houston Seminar group. Without your help we might well have abandoned the project. But it worked out so well -- far beyond our expectations. Your ears may have been burning Tuesday morning during out board meeting as we all sang your praises! - Dorry Shaddock.

I'd whole-heartedly recommend Gisele Pérez-Moreno to co-ordinate your trip to Oaxaca. She is warm, welcoming and organised, and what she doesn't know about the local area and people just isn't worth knowing. We had a perfect time on our press trip thanks to her help and expertise. - Zoë Curbishley, Press Officer, UKTV.

School For International Training. 30 January 2004

I want to thank you and your Equis-O Eventos team for the coordination and support provided during our Leadership for Social Justice Institute in Oaxaca earlier this month. This was an especially important event for us because in addition to the 60 Fellows in the Ford Foundation's International Fellowships Program from all over the world who came to Oaxaca for the Leadership Institute, we also had several board members and other special guests in attendance.

The arrangements you made at the hotel for our rooms and meals as well as the special reception, tour and dinner at the Centro Cultural Santo Domingo actually exceeded our expectations and the additional details of beautifully crafted hospitality gifts, flowers, decorations, music and Oaxacan ambience made our participants feel very special. When you told us that your bilingual program staff would be your "hands" because you could not be everywhere to make sure the program was running smoothly, you neglected to say that they were also your head and heart as this is clearly what so many people communicated in their evaluation of the program. Many of our participants had never been outside of their own countries and much less to Mexico, so the warm smile of the staff and their intelligent active program support was a great source of comfort for everyone from arrival at the Oaxaca airport to departure. The constant support of Equis-O Eventos allowed us to focus on our program agenda and not worry at all about administrative or logistical details that frequently detract from the experience.

I also want to acknowledge how professional you were in working with us over several months on a very tight timeline to negotiate the many additional services that were needed: simultaneous interpreting, sound equipment, computer set up, transportation, catering, printing, photography, musicians, etc. etc. It all came together perfectly Gisele, and I hope you realize how invaluable your knowledge, contacts and creativity all were in the success of our first program in Oaxaca. You can be sure that we all returned home with warm memories of Oaxaca and a desire to return soon.

I would be certainly pleased to provide a recommendation for your services, so do not hesitate to give a prospective client my name and e-mail.

Thank you again for all your hard work, professionalism and commitment.

Best wishes,

Roberto Mugnani, Program Manager, School for International Training (SIT)

PepsiCo Corporation, Annual Board Meeting,
February 15th 2002.

This is a long overdue note to say thank you for the incredible job you did for the PepsiCo board meeting. Everything was perfect, just as you said it would be.

Every PepsiCo guest was struck by the excellent job you did and the personal touch you lent to the proceedings. As the first time visit to Oaxaca for most of our participants, they were also mesmerized by your hometown and I heard many promises of plans to return for a visit.

As mentioned, if I can be of help as a "referral" source for your business,
I hope you won't hesitate to use my name. I would be honored to trumpet
your superb professionalism, knowledge and creativity to anyone.

Wedding of Mónica Aspe y Andrés Antonius,
Mexico City, April 8th 2002

The Equis-O team helped us to organize our wedding. Gisele´s work was indispensable, creative and always professional. Throughout the whole event Equis-O was available and willing to carry out all our requests, without ever losing patience or a good sense of humor. Our families and guests were very pleased with their work and we never received "No" for an answer. All the preparations were taken care of and allowed us to enjoy the party to the full, without having to worry about anything.

We truly recommend the Equis-O Eventos, they are certainly the best choice you could make when organizing your event in Oaxaca.

American Society of Pharmacognosy
The 42nd Annual Reunion took place in Oaxaca and was organized by Equis-O Eventos. We coordinated the creation of the Abstracts Book, the transport logistics, the registration of participants, the making of the gifts, the setup of the meeting rooms (4 rooms simultaneously), the cocktail reception, a "Calenda" with handmade candle holders and giant puppets related to herbal remedies, the poster session and the formal dinner at the closing ceremony.

Of special interest were the themed-visits we offered: hill-walking with indigenous healers who taught the participants how to identify and use medicinal plants. Also, visits to the temazcal sauna/steam baths and guided tours of archeological sites were very popular among participants.

International Congress of Historical Organ Restorers
Oaxaca has 60 officially recognized historic organs and as a result was chosen as the ideal meeting place for world-renowned organ players, organ makers, restorers and specialist musicians. Equis-O was responsible for the organization of the entire event; transportation logistics were challenging as visits were made to various churches in villages far from the city, arranging of meals in those villages, registration of the participants, coordination of the concerts in various churches, publicity for the congress as well as the printing of necessary materials.

In 2002, for the second year running, Equis-O Events was responsible for the organization of the 2nd Reunion of the Institute of Historical Organs of Oaxaca (IOHIO).

“Miradas Cruzadas - Dual Visions” Roundtable
During 6 days in the City of Oaxaca, Mexican and "Chicana" artists and investigators were reunited to analyze the similarities and differences between their experiences as artists and as women. Equis-O Events organized the registration of participants, the work sessions, the coffee services and the inauguration buffet with Oaxacan "tamales" (maize-flour wraps).
